Full payment is taken at time of booking. 48 hours notice is required to either cancel or amend the booking and receive a full refund on the booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given, refunds are at the discretion of the proprietors. Should you wish your dog to stay please call us as we do have rooms that will accommodate you and your dog.

Direct booking: 

A deposit of £35 per room is charged to the card used to guarantee the room(s) at the time of booking.  48 hours notice is required to either cancel or amend the booking and receive a deposit refund.  If less than 48 hours notice is given, refunds are at the discretion of the proprietors.
